At the 4-month mark, we review together. We might adjust the role requirements, change the sourcing strategy, or agree to pause that slot and focus on another position. We won’t keep billing for a role that’s clearly stuck without a plan.
After the initial 3-month period, yes. Give us 30 days’ notice and you can pause or cancel.
Yes. Flex is a shared-capacity model. Your recruiter dedicates a proportional block of time to your roles. For full-time, exclusive capacity, see our Embedded Recruiter model.
You can immediately rotate in a new position at no additional cost. Your plan covers active positions, not specific roles.
