We’ve been hiring engineers since 2012. Not as recruiters, but as a software company that needed great people to build great products. Over the years, we built a recruitment team, a methodology, and an infrastructure that consistently delivered strong hires.
We also worked with dozens of external recruitment agencies. Most were fine at generating candidates but terrible at understanding what “good” actually looks like for a technical role. They optimized for speed and volume. We needed precision and retention.
